Opening it up again I found that the fuse wasn't blown even though I expected it to be, and all the others are intact.

Does anyone kno a subsitute for this fuse? It is about 1" long and ceramic. I assum it is a 4AH, probably slo-blow. As soon as I hooked everything back up and plugged the power cord back in the fuse blew again immediatly. It's happened with 2 new fuses. Anyone have any suggestions as to why?
