My main concern would be that temperature inside the plain cargo area is too high. I don't exactly know how jet propulsion works but it should need cooling like any other engine. Maybe some of that heat is dissipated in a way that can warm those areas. Chocolate is sensitive starting around ~37C which is not that high. –
